Position: Front Desk Agent (Job ID: 25200252)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage guest check-ins and check-outs with speed and professional warmth.
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and service requests efficiently to ensure a positive stay.
  • Maintain accurate guest records and process payments following hotel financial standards.
  • Promote Marriott Bonvoy benefits and hotel facilities to enhance guest engagement.
  • Coordinate with the shuttle team to assist guests with airport transit schedules.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a front desk or guest relations role, preferably in a 5-star hotel.
  • Excellent communication skills and a guest-focused mindset.
  • Proficiency in property management systems, such as Opera.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask in a busy lobby.
  • Professional appearance and excellent grooming.
  • Fluency in English is essential for communicating with transit guests.
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
