Position: Front Desk Agent (Job ID: 25200252)
Responsibilities:
- Manage guest check-ins and check-outs with speed and professional warmth.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and service requests efficiently to ensure a positive stay.
- Maintain accurate guest records and process payments following hotel financial standards.
- Promote Marriott Bonvoy benefits and hotel facilities to enhance guest engagement.
- Coordinate with the shuttle team to assist guests with airport transit schedules.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a front desk or guest relations role, preferably in a 5-star hotel.
- Excellent communication skills and a guest-focused mindset.
- Proficiency in property management systems, such as Opera.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask in a busy lobby.
- Professional appearance and excellent grooming.
- Fluency in English is essential for communicating with transit guests.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
