Position: Asst. Human Resources Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Support the HR Manager in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Oversee employee welfare and engagement activities.
  • Manage HR administrative functions and databases.
  • Assist in handling disciplinary issues and grievances.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Law, or Psychology.
  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist or Assistant Manager in hospitality.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficient in English.
