Position: Restaurant Host
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and manage seating arrangements
- Maintain the reservation book and coordinate bookings
- Answer restaurant telephone inquiries professionally
- Ensure the host station and menus are clean
- Assist the service team during peak hours
Qualifications:
- Charming and hospitable personality
- Excellent grooming and presentation standards
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa
- Experience in customer service or hospitality
- Patience and tact in handling waiting guests
- High school diploma or vocational background
- Availability for split shifts and weekends
