Position: Butchery
Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect meat, poultry, and seafood deliveries
- Perform meat cutting, portioning, and preparation
- Ensure butchery inventory is handled correctly
- Maintain the cleanliness of the butchery section
- Minimize food waste through precise cutting
Qualifications:
- Specialized skills in meat cutting and portioning
- Knowledge of various meat cuts and preparation
- High standards of hygiene and food safety
- Ability to work in cold environments
- Reliable and hardworking character
- Prior experience as a Butcher is highly preferred
- Ability to handle heavy inventory items
