Position: Human Resources Coordinator

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the HR department for recruitment and training
  • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in the HR system
  • Assist in coordinating staff events and engagement activities
  • Process payroll documents and monitor employee attendance
  • Support in the orientation and onboarding process for new hires

Qualifications:

  • Experience in an HR administrative or coordinator role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Detail oriented with high confidentiality standards
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn HR best practices
