Position: Senior Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
- Lead sales initiatives to secure high value corporate and MICE accounts
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key travel partners and clients
- Mentor junior sales team members to achieve departmental revenue goals
- Analyze market trends and prepare strategic sales reports for management
- Represent the resort at industry networking events and sales missions
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years experience in sales within luxury hospitality
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong network within the corporate and MICE segments
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Highly proactive, self-motivated, and result-oriented
- Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
