Position: F&B Sales
Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure new corporate and social event bookings for F&B outlets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with event planners and key clients
- Collaborate with the F&B team to create attractive event and dining packages
- Prepare sales proposals and negotiate contracts for banquet events
- Analyze market demand and competitor F&B offerings to optimize revenue
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Highly motivated and energetic person, good team player
- Applicants residing in Bojonegoro are strongly preferred
- Creative thinker with a passion for culinary experiences
- Revenue driven mindset with a track record of meeting targets
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
