Position: eCommerce & Reservation
Responsibilities:
- Manage online travel agent (OTA) portals and the hotel’s website booking engine
- Process room reservations and ensure all guest inquiries are handled promptly
- Monitor rate parity and implement dynamic pricing strategies based on demand
- Maintain the property management system (PMS) with accurate guest data
- Collaborate with the Sales team to drive online revenue growth
Qualifications:
- Relevant education background
- Professional appearance and good personality
- Experience minimum 2 year in similar position
- Good personality and communication skill
- Hard worker and have positive attitude
- Proficiency in using channel managers and hotel booking systems
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
