Position: CDP Hot
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the hot kitchen section and ensure consistent food quality
- Lead and train junior cooks in hot food preparation and cooking techniques
- Maintain strict adherence to food safety and sanitation standards
- Monitor inventory and coordinate with the Sous Chef for daily specials
- Ensure all hot dishes are served at the correct temperature and presentation
Qualifications:
- Relevant culinary experience in the hot kitchen section
- Expertise in various cooking methods and hot food presentation
- Experience in a large resort kitchen operation
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations (HACCP)
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English
