Position: Front Desk Agent
Responsibilities:
- Manage guest check in and check out processes professionally and efficiently
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any service issues promptly
- Maintain accurate records in the property management system
- Promote hotel facilities and handle reservations or room assignments
- Ensure all guests feel welcomed and valued according to brand standards
Qualifications:
- High School/Vocational High School or equivalent education in hotel management
- Relevant work experience is required
- Good communication and confident speaking skills
- Well-groomed and have a pleasant disposition
- Team player with a positive service attitude
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proficiency in hotel management software and systems
