Position: Guest Service Manager (25206509)

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the Front Desk operations and ensure seamless guest check in and check out
  • Act as a primary contact for guest inquiries and resolve any service issues
  • Lead and train the front office team on Marriott’s service standards
  • Monitor room availability and manage room assignments effectively
  • Collaborate with Housekeeping and Engineering to ensure room readiness

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Guest Service Manager or similar front office leadership role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Exceptional problem solving and guest service orientation
  • Proficiency in property management systems (PMS)
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, 24/7 hospitality environment
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management
