Position: Duty Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily hotel operations and ensure seamless guest service during the shift
- Lead and train the front office and service teams on standard operating procedures
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any service issues or complaints promptly
- Ensure all guests are welcomed and treated according to Accor’s hospitality standards
- Monitor room availability and manage room assignments effectively
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years experience in similar position in International Brand
- Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English
- Sparkling personality, positive attitude, and good communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with service oriented with eyes for details
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem solving abilities
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
- Proficiency in property management systems (PMS)
