Position: CDP Pastry
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the pastry section and ensure high quality production of desserts and breads
- Lead and train junior pastry cooks in artistic presentation and baking techniques
- Maintain strict adherence to food safety and sanitation standards
- Control food portions and minimize waste to optimize departmental costs
- Collaborate with the Sous Chef on menu planning for pastry items
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Highly motivated and energetic person, good team player
- Applicants residing in Bojonegoro are strongly preferred
- Expertise in pastry techniques, baking, and artistic dessert presentation
- Creative mindset with a passion for culinary excellence
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations (HACCP)
