Position: Front Desk Agent
Responsibilities:
- Manage guest check in and check out processes professionally and efficiently
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any service issues promptly
- Maintain accurate records in the property management system
- Promote hotel facilities and handle reservations or room assignments
- Ensure all guests feel welcomed and valued according to brand standards
Qualifications:
- Min. 1 year experience in the same position
- Good communication and organization skills
- Team player with good personality
- Professional appearance and warm guest service attitude
- Proficiency in hotel PMS and English communication
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Willingness to work flexible shifts in a city hotel
