Position: Front Office Manager
Responsibilities:
- Direct daily front desk operations to ensure seamless guest service
- Lead and train the front office team on FUGO’s hospitality standards
- Manage room inventory and contribute to strategic revenue goals
- Resolve guest inquiries and identify problems effectively
- Coordinate with all departments to enhance guest delight
Qualifications:
- Min. 1 Year experience at similar position in 4 star Hotel
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Hospitality, Management, or related field
- Strong leadership and communication skill
- Understanding and contributing to organization’s strategic goals
- Ability to identify and solve problems effectively
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment
- Ability to build relationships and work effectively with team
