Position: Duty Manager
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and oversee daily hotel operations to ensure seamless guest service and safety
- Act as the primary point of contact for guest feedback and conflict resolution during shifts
- Coordinate between Front Office, Housekeeping, and Security to maintain operational excellence
- Supervise the lobby atmosphere and ensure brand standards are consistently met
- Handle emergency situations and provide detailed shift reports to management
Qualifications:
- Experience in a similar managerial or supervisory role within the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Excellent command of English, both verbal and written
- Familiarity with hotel property management systems (VHP or similar)
- Highly organized with a strong focus on guest satisfaction and detail
- Willingness to work in shifts including weekends and holidays
- Indonesian citizenship
