Position: Distribution Manager
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with Revenue Management, Sales, and Marketing teams to align pricing strategies and digital campaigns.
- Develop and execute distribution and e-commerce strategies to maximize online revenue and market share.
- Manage and optimize all digital sales channels including Brand.com, Accor Live Limitless (ALL), OTAs, GDS, and wholesalers.
- Ensure rate parity, inventory accuracy, and content consistency across all online channels.
- Monitor and analyze channel performance and conversion to provide actionable recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Distribution, E-Commerce, Revenue, or Sales role within a 5-star hotel or resort.
- Strong understanding of hotel digital distribution systems including CRS, GDS, PMS, RMS, and channel managers.
- Proven experience managing and growing online sales performance across leisure and corporate segments.
- Excellent written and spoken English with strong communication and presentation skills.
- Detail-oriented, guest-focused, and able to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
