Position: Guest Service Agent
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in a similar role within luxury hospitality
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

- Provide detailed information about hotel facilities, services, and local Labuan Bajo attractions
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure all guest requests and requirements are met promptly
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues efficiently to maintain a high level of guest satisfaction
- Maintain accurate guest records and handle financial transactions securely according to resort policy
