Position: Duty Manager (Job ID: 26207733)

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a front office supervisory or management role

  • Proficiency in hotel property management systems (PMS)
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written

  • Manage daily hotel operations and act as the senior manager on duty for the property
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and emergency situations with professionalism
  • Supervise front office associates to ensure adherence to brand service standards
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams to maintain property safety and readiness
  • Ensure seamless guest arrival and departure experiences through effective shift management
