Position: Concierge (DW)
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role or position
- Relevant hospitality educational background
- Can drive and have driver licence (SIM A/B1)
- Well-groomed and good personality
- Confidence, highly motivated and passionately work
- Physical stamina for handling guest luggage
- Good communication skills and local area knowledge
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with luggage transportation
- Provide safe and efficient shuttle or limousine services as needed
- Assist guests with information on local tours, transport, and dining
- Ensure the lobby area and entrance are kept tidy and professional
- Support the front office team in enhancing the guest arrival experience
