Position: Concierge (DW)

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role or position
  • Relevant hospitality educational background
  • Can drive and have driver licence (SIM A/B1)
  • Well-groomed and good personality
  • Confidence, highly motivated and passionately work
  • Physical stamina for handling guest luggage
  • Good communication skills and local area knowledge

Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests upon arrival and assist with luggage transportation
  • Provide safe and efficient shuttle or limousine services as needed
  • Assist guests with information on local tours, transport, and dining
  • Ensure the lobby area and entrance are kept tidy and professional
  • Support the front office team in enhancing the guest arrival experience
