Position: Concierge (Driver/Bellman)
Qualifications:
- Valid driving license (SIM B1) is mandatory
- Physical stamina and ability to handle heavy luggage
- Good communication skills and a friendly, service oriented personality
- Knowledge of Jakarta city routes and local attractions
- Basic English proficiency for guest interaction
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Hospitality background or prior experience in a similar role
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with luggage transportation
- Provide safe and efficient shuttle or limousine services for guests
- Offer information regarding hotel facilities and local area directions
- Ensure the lobby area and hotel entrance are kept clean and organized
- Support the front office team in enhancing the overall guest arrival experience
