Position: FO Supervisor

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within the Front Office department
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership capability to mentor receptionists and guest service staff
  • Proficiency in hotel property management systems (PMS)
  • Problem-solving mindset for handling guest inquiries and complaints
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Hospitality background with relevant degree or diploma

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily front desk operations including guest registrations and departures
  • Lead and coach the front office team to ensure adherence to NIHI standards
  • Monitor room availability and coordinate with housekeeping for room readiness
  • Ensure accurate guest billing and handle financial transactions securely
  • Manage guest feedback and resolve issues to ensure high satisfaction levels
