Position: FO Supervisor
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the Front Office department
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership capability to mentor receptionists and guest service staff
- Proficiency in hotel property management systems (PMS)
- Problem-solving mindset for handling guest inquiries and complaints
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Hospitality background with relevant degree or diploma
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily front desk operations including guest registrations and departures
- Lead and coach the front office team to ensure adherence to NIHI standards
- Monitor room availability and coordinate with housekeeping for room readiness
- Ensure accurate guest billing and handle financial transactions securely
- Manage guest feedback and resolve issues to ensure high satisfaction levels
