Position: Duty Engineer

Qualifications:

  • Experience in technical maintenance and building systems management
  • Strong problem-solving skills for mechanical and electrical issues
  • Ability to lead a technical team and manage shift operations
  • Knowledge of preventive maintenance programs and safety protocols
  • Excellent communication skills for cross-departmental coordination
  • Technical background with relevant certification or degree
  • Proactive attitude and ability to work in remote locations

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily engineering operations and technical maintenance during assigned shifts
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) failures
  • Supervise technicians and ensure all engineering works meet safety standards
  • Monitor utility consumption and manage the performance of resort plant systems
  • Coordinate urgent maintenance requests from guest areas and other departments
