Position: Sales Executive (Corporate)
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in hotel corporate sales within the Jakarta market
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills to secure corporate accounts
- Ability to develop and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients
- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving revenue and room night targets
- Knowledge of hotel distribution channels and corporate booking behavior
- Effective communication skills to support cross-departmental coordination
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Hospitality Management
Responsibilities:
- Drive corporate revenue growth by acquiring new accounts and managing existing portfolios
- Conduct proactive sales calls and networking activities within the corporate segment
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and competitor analysis
- Prepare and present corporate sales proposals and manage contract negotiations
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the Director of Sales
