Position: Sales Executive (Corporate)

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in hotel corporate sales within the Jakarta market
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills to secure corporate accounts
  • Ability to develop and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients
  • Results-oriented with a focus on achieving revenue and room night targets
  • Knowledge of hotel distribution channels and corporate booking behavior
  • Effective communication skills to support cross-departmental coordination
  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Hospitality Management

Responsibilities:

  • Drive corporate revenue growth by acquiring new accounts and managing existing portfolios
  • Conduct proactive sales calls and networking activities within the corporate segment
  • Identify new business opportunities through market research and competitor analysis
  • Prepare and present corporate sales proposals and manage contract negotiations
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the Director of Sales
