Position: Bartender (Staff)
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role or position
- Relevant hospitality educational background
- Well-groomed and good personality
- Confidence, highly motivated and passionately work
- Knowledge of beverage preparation, mixology, and coffee making
- Good communication skills and guest focused mindset
- Ability to work in a team environment
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve beverages to guests according to brand standards
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area at all times
- Manage beverage inventory and ensure efficient stock rotation
- Interact with guests and provide recommendations on the beverage menu
- Handle guest billing accurately through the POS system
