Position: F&B Manager
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in F&B management within luxury or upscale international hotels
- Strong financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Leadership skills to manage multiple outlets and diverse service teams
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Proven record of achieving revenue targets and operational excellence
- Ability to develop creative F&B concepts and promotional strategies
- Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
Responsibilities:
- Direct and oversee all Food & Beverage operations to ensure high service standards
- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize outlet revenue and profitability
- Mentor and coach the F&B team to deliver personalized and warm guest experiences
- Ensure strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, and brand sanitation protocols
- Analyze guest feedback and market trends to innovate dining and beverage offerings
