Position: F&B Captain
Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a Captain or senior server in upscale F&B outlets
- Excellent service sequence knowledge and guest interaction skills
- Ability to lead a small team of waiters and waitresses during shifts
- Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong attention to detail regarding table setup and order accuracy
- Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Hospitality educational background is preferred
Responsibilities:
- Supervise a specific station within the restaurant to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Assist guests with menu recommendations and handle orders professionally
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food delivery
- Ensure the cleanliness and proper setup of the dining area and side stations
- Handle guest billing and assist in training junior F&B service staff
