Position: F&B Captain

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience as a Captain or senior server in upscale F&B outlets
  • Excellent service sequence knowledge and guest interaction skills
  • Ability to lead a small team of waiters and waitresses during shifts
  • Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Strong attention to detail regarding table setup and order accuracy
  • Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Hospitality educational background is preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise a specific station within the restaurant to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Assist guests with menu recommendations and handle orders professionally
  • Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food delivery
  • Ensure the cleanliness and proper setup of the dining area and side stations
  • Handle guest billing and assist in training junior F&B service staff
