Position: FB Supervisor
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role or position
- Relevant hospitality educational background
- Well-groomed and good personality
- Confidence, highly motivated and passionately work
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of service standards and sequence of service
- Familiar with VHP system is an advantage
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily F&B outlet operations to ensure exceptional service delivery
- Lead and mentor the F&B service staff through coaching and daily briefings
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any complaints with professionalism
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate outlet scheduling
- Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all F&B areas
