Position: Executive Assistant Manager
Responsibilities:
- Support the General Manager in overseeing daily hotel operations and strategic planning
- Lead and coordinate departmental managers to ensure consistent 4-star service standards
- Monitor financial performance and implement initiatives to drive revenue and cost efficiency
- Handle guest feedback and ensure exceptional service recovery across all outlets
- Foster a positive and high-performing team culture through effective leadership and mentorship
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Management, Hospitality, or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar senior position in a 4-star hotel
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Deep understanding of hotel operations and contributing to strategic goals
- Ability to identify and solve complex problems effectively under pressure
- Fluent in English for professional reporting and international guest engagement
- Strategic mindset with the ability to build strong relationships and work with a team
