Position: Banquet Manager
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all banquet operations to ensure seamless execution of events and social gatherings
- Manage banquet finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and labor cost control
- Collaborate with the events team to plan and deliver personalized guest experiences
- Ensure the banquet team adheres to strictly Marriott service and hygiene standards
- Train and develop banquet staff to maintain high levels of operational excellence
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Banquet leadership role within a 5 star hotel
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills for complex event management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a large workforce
- Financial acumen with a focus on cost management and revenue optimization
- Fluent in English for effective coordination with diverse clients
- Detail oriented approach to maintaining banquet facilities and equipment
- Degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
