Position: Director Of Sales Marketing
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Sales & Marketing department to drive hotel revenue performance
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to enhance brand visibility and market share
- Oversee client relationship management and identify new business opportunities
- Coordinate with the Revenue team to implement dynamic pricing and promotions
- Mentor and develop the sales team to achieve targets and professional excellence
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing, Management, or related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar senior role in a 4-star hotel
- Strong leadership presence and exceptional communication skills
- In-depth knowledge of market trends and contributing to strategic goals
- Knowledge of financial concepts and managing marketing budgets
- Ability to build relationships and work effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Fluent in English for professional leadership and international reporting
