Position: Digital Marketing Executive
Responsibilities:
- Manage hotel social media platforms and execute digital content strategies to drive engagement
- Coordinate digital advertising campaigns across search, social, and display channels
- Monitor website performance and implement SEO strategies to enhance online visibility
- Analyze digital marketing metrics to report on campaign effectiveness and brand reach
- Collaborate with F&B and Sales teams to support revenue generating online initiatives
Qualifications:
- Experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation within hospitality
- Strong skills in digital marketing tools, analytics, and standard design software
- Excellent copywriting skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Creative mindset with a passion for digital storytelling and brand aesthetics
- Ability to work strategically under tight deadlines and project goals
- Interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse internal stakeholders
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred
