Position: Food & Beverage Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily F&B operations across all hotel outlets to ensure exceptional service
- Drive revenue growth through strategic menu planning and promotional activities
- Manage and mentor the F&B team to deliver consistent high-quality guest experiences
- Monitor inventory levels and manage operational costs to maximize profitability
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and service standards property-wide
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an F&B Manager in a 4-star hotel
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage departmental operations
- Exceptional communication skills and service-oriented mindset
- Knowledge of financial concepts and managing food and beverage budgets
- Ability to identify and solve problems effectively in a dynamic environment
- Relevant technical skills depending on the specific outlet department
