Position: Food & Beverage Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily F&B operations across all hotel outlets to ensure exceptional service
  • Drive revenue growth through strategic menu planning and promotional activities
  • Manage and mentor the F&B team to deliver consistent high-quality guest experiences
  • Monitor inventory levels and manage operational costs to maximize profitability
  • Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and service standards property-wide

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as an F&B Manager in a 4-star hotel
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage departmental operations
  • Exceptional communication skills and service-oriented mindset
  • Knowledge of financial concepts and managing food and beverage budgets
  • Ability to identify and solve problems effectively in a dynamic environment
