Position: Executive Housekeeper
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the entire Housekeeping department to maintain high levels of cleanliness
- Oversee the maintenance of all guest rooms and public areas according to 4-star standards
- Manage linen and guest supply inventory and monitor operational costs for the department
- Implement training programs for housekeeping staff to enhance service standards
- Collaborate with Engineering for property-wide maintenance and facility inspections
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an Executive Housekeeper in a 4-star hotel
- Strong leadership presence and exceptional organizational skills
- Knowledge of financial concepts and managing Housekeeping budgets
- Ability to identify and solve problems effectively under physical demands
- Exceptional communication skills and commitment to service excellence
- Ability to build relationships and work effectively with a diverse workforce
