Position: Laundry Attendant
Responsibilities:
- Process guest laundry, hotel linens, and staff uniforms according to fabric requirements
- Operate commercial laundry machines, dryers, and ironing equipment safely
- Sort, fold, and package laundry items for delivery or storage
- Identify and treat stains using appropriate chemicals and techniques
- Maintain a clean and organized laundry work environment
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar position in a 4 or 5-star hotel
- Highly motivated, good team player, and detail-oriented
- Basic knowledge of laundry chemicals and equipment operation
- Physical stamina to handle heavy linens and warm work environments
- Strong organizational skills to track guest laundry items
- Knowledge of fabric types and washing instructions
- Consistent approach to quality and cleanliness
