Position: Public Area
Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain all public areas of the hotel, including lobby, hallways, and restrooms
- Ensure exterior entrances and surrounding grounds are clean and welcoming
- Respond to spills or cleaning requests in public spaces promptly and professionally
- Maintain specialized floor surfaces and furniture according to material requirements
- Coordinate with other departments to support event set-ups in public venues
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar position in a 4 or 5-star hotel
- Highly motivated, good team player, and proactive
- Basic understanding of cleaning procedures and chemicals
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods
- Good interpersonal skills for interacting with guests in public spaces
- Knowledge of floor polishing and deep cleaning techniques is a plus
- Attention to detail and a commitment to hygiene
