Position: Duty Manager
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee daily hotel operations during assigned shifts to ensure guest satisfaction
- Act as the primary point of contact for guest issues, resolving complaints and inquiries professionally
- Supervise Front Office and Concierge staff to ensure adherence to luxury service standards
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to maintain property standards
- Coordinate emergency procedures and ensure the safety of guests and staff at all times
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Duty Manager or Assistant Front Office Manager in a 5-star hotel
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills in a high-pressure environment
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities for guest interaction
- Proficient in property management systems (PMS) and guest service software
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written, with additional languages as an advantage
- Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred
- Demonstrated ability to handle complex guest situations with grace and diplomacy
