Position: Commercial Director

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the hotel’s commercial strategy to drive revenue and market share
  • Lead the Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Management teams to achieve pre-opening targets
  • Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with key accounts and partners
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to adjust sales and pricing strategies
  • Oversee the hotel’s brand positioning and digital marketing initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Significant experience in a senior commercial or sales leadership role in luxury hospitality
  • Strong track record in driving revenue growth and market positioning
  • Expert knowledge of revenue management, distribution channels, and marketing trends
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills
  • Leadership experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams
  • Fluent in English with exceptional presentation skills
  • Strategic mindset with a data-driven approach to decision making
