Position: Commercial Director
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the hotel’s commercial strategy to drive revenue and market share
- Lead the Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Management teams to achieve pre-opening targets
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with key accounts and partners
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to adjust sales and pricing strategies
- Oversee the hotel’s brand positioning and digital marketing initiatives
Qualifications:
- Significant experience in a senior commercial or sales leadership role in luxury hospitality
- Strong track record in driving revenue growth and market positioning
- Expert knowledge of revenue management, distribution channels, and marketing trends
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills
- Leadership experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams
- Fluent in English with exceptional presentation skills
- Strategic mindset with a data-driven approach to decision making
