Position: Bartender
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages and cocktails to luxury standards
- Engage with guests and provide expert recommendations on drinks and menu pairings
- Manage bar inventory, cleanliness, and setup according to brand protocols
- Ensure responsible alcohol service and adhere to all safety and hygiene standards
- Process guest payments and maintain accurate cash handling records
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Bartender in a 4 or 5-star hotel or high-end bar
- Strong knowledge of mixology, spirits, wines, and classic cocktails
- Exceptional guest service and communication skills
- Creative flair and passion for beverage presentation
- Disciplined, professional, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good English communication skills for guest interaction
- Available to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
