Position: Waiter / Waitress
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality food and beverage service to guests in our dining outlets
- Present menus, take orders accurately, and serve meals with a professional attitude
- Maintain table setup, cleanliness, and outlet organization according to standards
- Assist in clearing tables and processing guest bills efficiently
- Ensure guest satisfaction by anticipating needs and responding to requests
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in F&B service in a hotel or reputable restaurant
- Energetic, proactive, and guest-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication skills and professional appearance
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Conversational English skills for guest service
- Knowledge of basic food safety and hygiene practices
- Available for shift work and flexible schedules
