Position: Waiter / Waitress

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality food and beverage service to guests in our dining outlets
  • Present menus, take orders accurately, and serve meals with a professional attitude
  • Maintain table setup, cleanliness, and outlet organization according to standards
  • Assist in clearing tables and processing guest bills efficiently
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by anticipating needs and responding to requests

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in F&B service in a hotel or reputable restaurant
  • Energetic, proactive, and guest-oriented mindset
  • Excellent communication skills and professional appearance
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Conversational English skills for guest service
  • Knowledge of basic food safety and hygiene practices
  • Available for shift work and flexible schedules
