Position: FB Admin
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the F&B management team
- Coordinate outlet scheduling, attendance records, and staff meetings
- Manage F&B related documentation, reports, and communication
- Assist in monitoring inventory levels and processing purchase requests
- Liaise with other departments for F&B related administrative needs
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a hotel F&B environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic administrative software
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Disciplined, proactive, and able to work independently
- Ability to handle documentation and records accurately
- Understanding of basic F&B operations is an advantage
