Position: Marketing Communications Manager
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic marketing and communication plans to enhance brand visibility
- Manage all digital marketing, social media channels, and public relations initiatives
- Coordinate with the sales and revenue teams to drive promotional campaigns and guest engagement
- Oversee the creation of high-quality marketing collateral and brand-consistent content
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust marketing strategies accordingly
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Marketing Communications Manager or similar role in the luxury hospitality sector
- Strong expertise in digital marketing, social media management, and PR strategies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Creative thinker with a strategic approach to brand positioning
- Leadership experience in managing creative teams and marketing projects
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Demonstrated ability to drive brand growth and guest loyalty through effective marketing
