Position: Distribution & Reservations Manager
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the reservations and distribution department to optimize resort revenue and occupancy
- Oversee all distribution channels, including OTA management, GDS, and direct booking systems
- Coordinate with the revenue and sales teams to implement effective pricing and inventory strategies
- Manage and mentor the reservations team to ensure high-quality booking service and brand standards
- Monitor market trends and distribution performance to adjust strategies for maximum profitability
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Reservations Manager or Distribution Manager in a luxury hotel environment
- Strong expertise in distribution systems, OTA management, and revenue management principles
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and strategic thinking abilities
- Leadership experience in managing and developing a reservations team
- Fluent in English with exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Strategic mindset with a data-driven approach to maximizing distribution efficiency
- Degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field
