Position: Distribution & Reservations Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the reservations and distribution department to optimize resort revenue and occupancy
  • Oversee all distribution channels, including OTA management, GDS, and direct booking systems
  • Coordinate with the revenue and sales teams to implement effective pricing and inventory strategies
  • Manage and mentor the reservations team to ensure high-quality booking service and brand standards
  • Monitor market trends and distribution performance to adjust strategies for maximum profitability

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Reservations Manager or Distribution Manager in a luxury hotel environment
  • Strong expertise in distribution systems, OTA management, and revenue management principles
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and strategic thinking abilities
  • Leadership experience in managing and developing a reservations team
  • Fluent in English with exceptional communication and negotiation skills
  • Strategic mindset with a data-driven approach to maximizing distribution efficiency
  • Degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field
