Position: Cluster Chief Security – Flores
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the comprehensive security operations for our resort cluster in Flores
- Ensure the safety and security of all guests, staff, and resort property
- Develop and implement robust security protocols and emergency response plans
- Lead and manage the security team including training and performance oversight
- Collaborate with local authorities and community leaders on security matters
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the same position, preferably in a luxury boutique resort
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, guest satisfaction, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Indonesian
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow with the team
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong technical knowledge of security systems and safety protocols
- High standards of integrity and professional conduct
