Position: Admin Engineering
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the engineering department
- Manage work orders and maintenance schedules
- Maintain files for equipment warranties and service reports
- Coordinate with vendors for spare parts and repairs
- Prepare reports on energy consumption and maintenance costs
Qualifications:
- Degree or diploma in Administration or related field
- Prior experience in an administrative role, preferably engineering
- Proficiency in MS Office and database management
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to handle technical terminology
- Proactive and detail-oriented approach
