Position: Housekeeping Team Leader

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the housekeeping team to maintain 5-star cleanliness and presentation standards
  • Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure ultra-luxury quality
  • Coordinate daily cleaning schedules and manage room status updates
  • Train and mentor room attendants in luxury service protocols
  • Manage housekeeping inventory and supply requisitions efficiently

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in the same field within a 5-star resort environment
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a diverse team
  • Excellent attention to detail and guest satisfaction focus
  • Based in Lombok or willing to relocate to Kuta, Lombok
  • Familiarity with property management systems is preferred
  • Extensive experience in international hotel chains is a plus
  • Proactive attitude and professional appearance
