Position: Guest Relation Officer
Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized assistance to guests to enhance their resort experience
- Coordinate special requests and curate guest itineraries during their stay
- Maintain high visibility in public areas to anticipate guest needs
- Facilitate smooth communication between guests and resort departments
- Maintain guest history profiles to ensure tailored service for returning visitors
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year experience in the same field
- Excellent communication and guest-oriented mindset
- Professional appearance and refined interpersonal skills
- Based in Lombok or willing to relocate to Kuta, Lombok
- Extensive experience in luxury 5-star resorts is a plus
- Fluent in English and an additional foreign language is an advantage
- Ability to handle guest complaints with tact and diplomacy
