Position: Resort Host
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and escort them to their accommodations
- Provide resort orientations and drive guests using the resort buggy
- Act as a primary point of contact for guest inquiries throughout their stay
- Support front office and concierge operations as needed
- Ensure guest comfort and safety while navigating the property
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year experience in the same field
- Must have a driver license or the ability to drive a buggy
- Service-driven personality with a passion for luxury hospitality
- Based in Lombok or willing to relocate to Kuta, Lombok
- Good physical fitness and ability to work in outdoor environments
- Fluent in English and guest-focused communication
- Professional appearance and friendly demeanor
