Position: Concierge
Responsibilities:
- Manage guest transportation, tours, and restaurant reservations
- Handle guest luggage and provide porterage services with care
- Provide accurate information about local attractions and Lombok culture
- Coordinate with the transport team for guest pickups and drop-offs
- Deliver mail, packages, and messages to guest rooms promptly
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year experience in the same field
- Must have a driver license or the ability to drive a buggy
- Knowledge of Lombok area and local attractions is essential
- Based in Lombok or willing to relocate to Kuta, Lombok
- Excellent physical stamina and guest service skills
- Professional appearance and ability to work in a luxury environment
- Effective communication skills in English
